- Adoption of amended restrictions.
Approved (Total votes: 77 for and 35 against) (Phases 1, 2, 4, 5 approved. Phase 3 against.) - Adoption of amended bylaws.
Approved (Total votes: 85 for and 24 against) (Phases 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 approved.) - Increase in HOA maintenance fee from $60.00 to $150.00 beginning 2022.
Approved (Total votes: 73 for and 43 against) (Phases 1, 2, 4, 5 approved. Phase 3 against.) - Increase in square footage on all new residential builds to 2,000 sqft miminum.
Note: All existing property owners would be grandfathered to the 1,700 sf.
Not Approved (Total votes: 54 for and 62 against) (Phase 1 approved. Phases 2, 3, 5 against. Phase 4 tie.) - All Phases of subdivision will serve as 1 (one) subdivision.
Approved (Total votes: 100 for and 12 against) (Phases 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 approved.)
