A general update on neighborhood improvements.

Next week on December 5th, we are starting some of the amenity improvement projects. I am going to be doing some excavation and temporary relocation of some boulders. I will also be doing some excavation prep work at the USPS area. We will be building two entry walls at the gate for December. Materials for the job will be put on site on December 5th and 6th. The actual work will commence on the sixth. While the work is being done, the gates will remain open during the daytime. I ask that everyone use caution and patience while workers are present. Columns will hug the roadway so work will be done near to traffic.

Mid-January through February, fencing will be started at entry, followed by landscaping. We will be installing a new camera system on entry and exit of gates, as well as one near our USPS area. We the board are currently taking bids and in discussion of installing asphalt at the USPS drive and park parking areas.

I have included a draft of the proposed front entrance. You all know that currently, contractors and materials have been extremely high. After getting bids I decided that we the board can basically GC the work and purchase materials for subs. Doing this we are saving above 30% on the walls alone. If there are any members that may be interested in bidding on the fencing or landscaping, please contact me at [email protected]

Thank You and I wish everyone to have a Blessed Happy Holidays
